I appreciate all the staff and mechanics at beachside SO much. It's not that often that you find a business with such genuinely kind, thoughtful, and caring people that you can really trust.

Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. My brakes had been squeaking so I took it in thinking I needed new brake pads. I called the day before and asked if I could bring my car in the next day and have it looked at and they said no problem. I brought it in and they were able to test drive it and take a look at it within 10 minutes. I chose to wait there but they did offer to drop me off and pick me up if I needed. Afterwards Ken came and sat down next to me with a paper and pen and explained exactly how much brake pad I had left and possible reasons they could be squeaking. He was honest with me and told me I didn't need them replaced but he would do it if the squeaking sound really bothered me. The sound itself didn't, I just wanted to make sure everything was okay to drive it. I truly felt taken care of and I left feeling satisfied with the customer service. I will take my car here from now on, even for routine oil change and services. Thank you !
