Ken and his team (family & extended family) are truly the best in the business. It’s rare to find repair shops that are fair / honest, and deeply knowledgeable across a wide range of makes/models. They have loyal long-term repeat customers, and it’s their communication, service, attention to detail, and integrity that keep the community returning to the team. My first two encounters with them, years ago, were small items that they refused to accept payment for, who does that.. I’ve had various cars serviced with the team over the years, spanning SUVs, all electric, high performance, and most recently my ‘84 Cadillac Eldorado which needed quite a lot of TLC. We always discuss each item in detail, the team often texts photos to aid talks, we’ve considered options together for sourcing specific parts, and again, the team decided to discount a few areas recently because the timing to complete updates was slightly beyond estimates…and this wasn’t even the team’s fault, it was a specific supplier-side delay. Beachside auto takes every opportunity to please their customers, these types of teams deserve to stay in business and I feel fortunate they’re here for us.
