I had a wonderful experience here. Came in because my skid plate was hanging off. I called later in the day and they still made time for me to come in and do a quick safety assessment of my car. I always get nervous taking my car in for repairs since my dad used to take care of everything, but the staff here was so welcoming and friendly, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I’m glad i found this place and will definitely be going back in if I need anything else done in the future!

I've been taking my 2003 Toyota Avalon to these wonderfully masterful mechanics and because of them it is still in great shape. and continues to run like a top. They are the best, especially my wonderful friend, Ken, who we just lost to cancer. His sons Tyler and Slater are two great and caring guys who have hearts of gold. They have helped me in so many ways over these 20+ years.

Brought my car in for Air Conditioning repair. The people that work at Beachside Auto are the best! So rare to find such great customer service these days. I have used them in the past, as well, and always had great service.

Beachside Auto has very thorough and honest mechanics who took the time to document everything that was wrong with my vehicle and sent me a report complete with photographs depicting the problems. I could not have been more satisfied with the courteous attention I received and the patience they took to answer all of my questions.

I had my car serviced in January and appreciate that Beachside Auto was honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. I did have a stressful experience a few weeks later when Beachside accidentally charged an additional amount to my card, but they reversed the charge and eventually followed up to make things right. Appreciate the commitment to customer service.
