This place is legit! Been going there for a while now and have not has any problems. Some honest dudes which is hard to find these day. They do everything under the sun and back their work as well which to me is the most valuable thing. Same people every time working there and always offer you a ride. I have searched forever looking for a good mechanic and this is my place now! They take good care of my 4runner so Im going to continue to use them.

I've developed a relationship with the business largely because of the honesty with which the guys there conduct themselves. Everything they've recommended has been proved necessary, and they've always accepted responsibility for parts that have gone wrong. One time I bought a starter motor online and had it installed. When it failed a little later, Beachside found a good one and redid the job at a reasonable rate. When I had an old Q45 checked out, they accurately diagnosed a dead injector and a leaking steering rack. They replaced both, and when the new rack began to leak shortly thereafter, they replaced that willingly at no charge. I felt the rear shocks were bad -- giving them a perfect opportunity to make more money, but they said they felt the shocks were okay. That's why I keep going back there.

Ken & Martha and their sons have the most professional, friendliest auto repair shop in the South Bay. They were recommended to me by a colleague ten years ago and I have been going to them ever since. They know their stuff. They're incredibly honest. And they provide superlative customer service. Love these people!
