They go wayyyy above and beyond... almost too much so. This time, I took my car in for a follow up on some brake work they did. They weren't able to reproduce the problem I reported, but stayed late on a Saturday to continue testing/reseating the brakes until they were satisfied. And I wasn't charged anything. Ken and his family are just great people that have transformed what should be the painful experience of going to a mechanic into one that I actually look forward to. Can't recommend them high enough.

The staff is always very friendly. They take the time for individual service. The work is done correctly the first time. And I trust them with my car.

Todd said he's been going to this business since the business was Chief's Mufflers. He said he has known Ken and Martha for years and years, and the other people at this business since they were little children. He said he had a little trouble after picking the vehicle up and he had to go back and pay another chunk of money for more repairs.
