My husband and I both had excellent experiences here! I trust them completely, which is unusual for mechanics. When they didn't find a problem with my car, they charged me nothing. They squeezed our cars in multiple times, getting work done the day we needed it. Most important, they are professional and well-spoken. They explained things to me at a level I understood without dumbing them down. They never rushed their explanations and took time to answer all of my questions. We've since moved from the LA area, and this auto shop is one of the things we miss the most!
