I was 2 days from Avery important trip and Beachside was very busy. After explaining my situation they took my car in, checked it out, road tested it and had it back to me the day before my trip. Ken handle the repair issue in my Chevy 2001 Tahoe the way most dealerships and mechanic shops should. He made the process to fix the car very painless, honest, quick and effective. I told him I had an issue smoging my car due to secondary air flow. So I came to him to fix it. Before he charged me, he said he’d first look at all the possible paths to fix it, and then tell me. He did just that. Once he explored the issue he said it was a pretty easy fix. He said they could see all the electronics were working on the air pump, and they just needed to remove debris that's built up inside of the air pump as well as inside the lines and go to the check valve. He also stabilized crank sensors and ran injector cleaner through to help. He said no big deal, priced very affordable, fixed my and my car smogged! They also shuttled me home while they kept the car and texted me with any updates. Fantastic place!
