I have only had positive experiences with Ken and his crew. He’s even taken the time to come to us where we live to check our engine as it wouldn’t start. Going above and beyond in customer service and making sure we get our vehicle back on time. Always appreciate their seasonal “thank you” cards in the mail too!

Called Ken in a minor panic because my car started acting up on the highway on my way to work. The fuel gauge was going wonky, check engine light was on, and the engine wouldn’t start after I pulled over to get gas. I had to call out of my work shift, and was so worried I wouldn’t be able to get to work this weekend down in Escondido. He told me to come in and had it fixed same day, even staying past business hours to make sure it was done in time for work tomorrow. Total gem of a human! Stellar work, super easy, and saved my weekend. Thanks Ken and your team!

I live close by and my car would not start so one of the mechanics came to my house to assess the issues. He was able to diagnose the issues and the next day they were able to start to fix it. In the end, everything was fixed and Ken made sure the car was completely running. He is such a nice guy and honest about what is really wrong with the car. I was very happy with everything.

Recently I took my van in to Beachside Auto in Hermosa Beach. Ken of Beachside Auto has been helping me with all of my vehicles for over 10 years now. I made an appointment to get my van repaired when I knew I would be in town, because even though I moved away, I still bring my cars to Beachside when I visit the area. While Beachside mechanics are not only friendly and professional, I was amazed at how quickly and easily they fixed my vehicle. Ken even loaned me a car to use during the day since I traveled in from out of town, so he could do the repair and I could go do other things. As stated, I have brought several vehicles to Beachside Auto over the years and they have never let me down. I am grateful as always for Beachside Auto and their professional and thorough attention to detail, and excellent service!

I have been to Beachside Auto for multiple oil changes, wheel alignment, & now I had a major repair of my steering column. Every time I walk in there I am greeted with smiling faces & great attitudes. They have been nothing but upfront about everything and the service has been amazing. I have been working directly with Mario on my latest issue and he has gone out of his way to make sure my experience is great. Great communication. Beachside Auto definitely is worth the 5 stars.
